How we can help

You can use this address for corrections to published facts, story ideas and general questions about the site. We cannot offer counseling or personal advice by email; if you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

Things we cannot do

Lucidinside sells nothing and offers no paid services and is unable to support products made by other companies. Put simply, for a purchase, an account or a warranty, please contact the company concerned.

On lucidinside.com, we read every message, though replies may take a little time. As a rule at Lucidinside, never include passwords or card numbers in an email.
